Good to know: The pack is an online view (print it, or save each page as PDF with your browser's print function). There is no separate download and no ready-made Word file.
Who it is for: The pack is offered to businesses and self-employed people for use in their business. It is not offered to private consumers in the EU or the UK.
No refunds for a change of mind, but a fix for defects: You see the complete content before you pay and nothing further is delivered after payment, so we do not offer refunds because you decided you do not need it. If something does not work or the pack differs materially from this description, write to us within 14 days at lezo.ceo@gmail.com: we will replace it or refund the amount through PayPal. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded where you live are not affected by this.

How to use the pack together with the generator
- Quote: send the quote template to your client and ask for a signed copy or a written «yes» by e-mail.
- Invoice: create the invoice with the QR-bill generator (it contains the payment part). Use the wording bank for your invoice note.
- Reminder: if the due date passes, check your account first. Then send reminder 1, 2 and the final notice at sensible intervals. Create a fresh QR-bill for the open amount if you like.
Good to know (Switzerland)
- If you agreed a fixed due date, the client is in default once the date has passed. Without a fixed date, a reminder starts the default (Art. 102 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, CO).
- Default interest is 5% per year unless you agreed otherwise (Art. 104 CO). Reminder fees or higher interest must be agreed in advance, for example in your terms.
- If a client does not pay after the final notice, you can file a debt enforcement request with the debt enforcement office of the client's place of residence or seat. This is a formal step; think about whether it makes sense for the amount.
- VAT: show your VAT number and rate only if you are VAT-registered. Ask a fiduciary if you are unsure.
