Payment terms

Late payment

Before you send an invoice

Is the client's name and address correct and complete?
Are date, invoice number and due date filled in? Is the invoice number unique and consecutive?
Are quantities, prices and the total correct? Is VAT shown only if you are registered?
Is the IBAN yours, and does the account holder match your name?
Did you scan the QR code with your own banking app and compare amount and reference?
Did you save a copy of the PDF? Keep invoices and receipts as long as the law requires (generally ten years for accounting records in Switzerland; ask your fiduciary).

No refunds for a change of mind, but a fix for defects: You see the complete content before you pay and nothing further is delivered after payment, so we do not offer refunds because you decided you do not need it. If something does not work or the pack differs materially from this description, write to us within 14 days at lezo.ceo@gmail.com: we will replace it or refund the amount through PayPal. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded where you live are not affected by this.
