# 07 Ten AI prompts for your price increase For ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or a similar tool. Copy the prompt, replace everything in [square brackets] and check the result. AI texts are drafts. **Privacy:** Do not enter names, addresses, phone numbers or health details of your customers into public AI tools. Work with placeholders and add the real details only after the AI has answered. **No legal advice:** AI text does not replace a check of your contracts, price display rules or fee schedules. ## Setup (put this at the start of each chat once) ``` You are helping a small business ([type of business, e.g. hair salon / café / plumbing firm / physiotherapy practice]) in [country]. Include: what changes ([list]), what does not ([list]), how we answer questions (key sentences), whom to ask in difficult cases ([Name of contact person]). Maximum half a page, bullet points. ``` ## 8. More formal version for business customers ``` Rewrite the following message as a formal business letter to company customers (polite, factual, no slang). Content: [paste message]. Do not add new commitments. Mark places where I would need to name a contractual basis as [check contract clause]. ``` ## 9. Check for gaps and contradictions ``` Check the following price-change text for missing details, contradictions and unclear points. Answer as a list.
